Registration Fee

Workshops: Only one learner may attend per registration. Each learner must log on from a separate computer using their own user ID and password. Attendance is tracked in a Learning Management System; a certificate of attendance and CEUs will be granted if you attend 95% of the live workshop, take the quiz, and provide feedback. First learner pays full price, additional learners may register at discount rate when registering at the same time. There is an additional $75 fee for those who miss the two-week quiz deadline and wish to take the quiz late.

eConferences: You need one registration per computer hook-up. You may invite as many colleagues as you can place around your computer for the price of one registration. Transferring registrations between events, broadcasting or re-selling of registrations is not permitted. A certificate of attendance and CEUs will be awarded upon receipt of feedback.

OnDemand: Access to the recording of an eConference or workshop is given for a period of two weeks, for a one time viewing. Extension to the two-week period is subject to a fee of $75.
 

Workshops Cancelation Policy
We cannot accept cancellations, but you may have someone attend in your place.
 

eConference Cancelation Policy
Cancelations are not accepted. If you have registered for an event in error or need to change your registration for other reasons, we will be glad to transfer your registration to the onDemand recording or to one of our future e-confefrences. A fee of $75 applies. You must notify us within 2 business days of the original presentation date in order to transfer the registration.
 
 

Book Order Policy
Prepayment required: Payment must be made in US dollars by US check, credit card, or wire transfer. European VAT tax is not applicable. Duties and import tax payable by customer. A pro forma invoice including shipping and other charges will be provided on request. Prices subject to change without notice. Books are tape bound or perfect bound. Handbooks are plastic-comb. Orders are shipped economy courier from Chicago, IL USA. Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box, please specify your street address.

Return Policy: All purchases firm, items not returnable.
