Mr. Suarez has twenty-five years' experience in contract management. Trained
as a mechanical engineer, Mr. Suarez appreciates the production and manufacturing nature
of medical devices. He understands the importance of project definition, timely
productivity, and contract specifications. Mr. Suarez provides contract review for all
CDG's business.

| Ms. Sikirica received a BS in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraiba, Campina Grande, Brazil. She manages the webinars, eConferences, book sales, and other day-to-day operations of CDG. |

Sharon Etter, Office Assistant/Corporate Designer |

Ms. Etter received a B.F.A. from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. She assists in preparing seminars, fills and ships all orders, and maintains the CDG database. As well as assisting in daily office work, Sharon does all the graphic art for CDG and is an essential part of visual marketing.
